Sandy Hogan is a guidance counselor (later vice-principal) at Corbath High School. She moved to Chicago to live with her brother Mike after his wife, Valerie, died. She is close friends with her neighbor, Patti Poole. She enjoys reading, classic movies, and dancing. She is portrayed by Sandy Duncan.
